AFNOE (Air Force and Naval Officers CGHS Ltd.) — Aadhaar collection for Completion Certificate processing
Why we collect this information
The Society is collecting a copy of each registered flat owner's Aadhaar card, together with the details below, solely for the purpose of processing the building's Completion Certificate.
Collected at the request of the Managing Committee for submission to the DDA as part of the Society's Completion Certificate application; used only for that purpose.
What we collect
- Name of the primary owner and of any joint owner
- Flat number and membership number
- Mobile numbers you provide
- Images or PDF copies of the Aadhaar card that you submit
- The date and time of submission and a one-way coded version of your internet address (to prevent misuse)
We do not type your Aadhaar number into any database. Where a masked copy is sufficient, authorised staff prepare a copy in which the first eight digits are hidden, and only that masked copy is used in routine compilations.
Who can see it
Only office-bearers of the Society authorised by the Managing Committee for Completion Certificate processing. Access to unmasked originals is limited to specifically authorised administrators, and every access is recorded.
How it is stored
Documents are stored in encrypted form on the Society's secure web hosting server, in access-controlled storage that is not reachable from the internet, with encrypted backups. Nothing is published or shared by public link.
How long we keep it
until submitted to the DDA and acknowledgement received, and until the CoC request is finally disposed of; then securely deleted from the portal and, as backups rotate, from backups.
